The 80th annual One World Day will be held on Sunday, August 30 from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
This event will be held at the Cleveland Cultural Gardens along Martin Luther King Boulevard and East Boulevard.
Please note MLK and East Boulevard will be closed to vehicular traffic from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2026.,
Parking can be found at the Cleveland Metroparks new South Gordon Park (off E 72nd Exit) lot to the north. The address is 801 E 72nd St, Cleveland, OH 44103. 1 bus shuttle will be available to pick up and drop off from 8:30am till 6:30pm

Or the VA Hospital’s employee parking lot at 1606 E. 105th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106. 3 bus shuttles will be available to bring patrons to and from the VA employee parking lot to the south entrance of One World Day and through East Blvd. only. 3 school buses will be available to shuttle people to the South end of the gardens on East Blvd. See below for directions.
IMPORTANT: The U.S. District Court judge, staff, and new citizens and their families should park at the Willson School parking lot at 1126 Ansel Rd., at the intersection of Ansel and St. Casimir’s Way. Make sure you show your parking pass to access the lot. Click here for directions on how to get to the naturalization ceremony parking lot.
VA employee parking lot: (Four shuttle buses will be available to transport patrons to and from the first garden to the south – the Peace Garden of the Nations.)
To get from the north of MLK to the VA lot: Click here – travel from Broad Avenue via Ansel to E. 105th to VA employee parking lot (This is the easiest option.)
