Your volunteerism helps make it a successful event to share, embrace and enjoy the ethnic groups within the Gardens.

Volunteers are asked to attend one of two mandatory volunteer orientation sessions.
These sessions will ensure that we have a well-organized and safe festival. 

Saturday, August 19th – 3:00pm-4:30pm
Tuesday, August 22nd – 5:30pm-7:00pm

Location for both orientations:  Cleveland Public Library MLK branch 1962 Stokes Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106

As a volunteer, you will received a complimentary Volunteer T-Shirt, your name listed in the program booklet (if signed up prior to July 11th), a thank you bag with goods from local businesses, and upon completion, you can complete a form to receive 2 FREE TICKETS to a Cleveland Indians game!

We will also have a Volunteer Appreciation Reception that will be scheduled later in September where we have amazing raffle prizes from Mitchell’s Ice Cream, Music Box Supper Club and Hospitality Restaurants to name a few!
